TurnKey
Technologies, Inc. (“TurnKey") was established and incorporated on May 5,
1999. TurnKey currently occupies a 6100 square foot facility with 1200 square
foot of office space and employs ten people with a combined work experience,
in the plastics industry, of over Seventy-five years.
We established our mission as being a “one stop? “full service? source for the Plastics Industries secondary equipment and finishing needs. While we desired to produce custom equipment and provide consulting services under the TurnKey name, we did not wish to recreate the wheel where the market was already well serviced. With this concept in mind we entered into agreements with leading manufacturers of Pad Printers, Ultrasonics and Paint tooling to offer, what we considered to be the worlds finest Pad Printing, Hot Stamping and Ultrasonics equipment and Paint tooling for the Plastics Industry.
To establish our customer base we tapped into our experience and relationships from the past. We initiated contact with sources from many of the OEM’s we had previous working relationships. Through these contacts, and our relationships with those who were previously suppliers to Paul and Tony, we grew the company to this point. We attribute this growth to our willingness to go the extra distance and provide our customers with the service they deserve. The result has been repeat business from satisfied customers.
We believe our ability to produce exceptional equipment and provide services for the plastics industry, with a well trained and experienced staff derives from our experience in the plastics industry and our approach to business. We, at TurnKey, design and develop standard and custom machinery in 3d solids, utilizing Solid Works. 2d prints are generated and distributed to local machine shops throughout surrounding counties within NC and SC. The parts are produced and returned to TurnKey. Almost simultaneously, with the machining phase, the electronics and controls are designed and developed jointly through our relationship with Scott Equipment located in Charlotte, NC. The purchased components are requisitioned during the same timeframe. All of these items are timed to arrive back at TurnKey, during a pre-determined schedule, and all construction and field wiring is performed at our facility. We design, build and manage all aspects associated with our equipment/machinery. We accept no shortcuts and compromise on nothing. This, with our combined 75 plus years of hands on experience in the plastics industry, results in equipment/machinery and related services that meets or exceeds our customer’s expectations.
