Meet the Staff


	Tony Ward - Owner Born in Savannah, Georgia. Graduated in 1982 and enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corp. Served four years and received an Honorable Discharge in 1987. Studied Mechanical Drafting and Design/Manufacturing Engineering. He began working in the Plastics Industry at Plastic Manufacturing, Inc. in 1988. He held key positions including Quality Control Inspector, Quality Control Manager and Manufacturing Engineer. He organized the first Manufacturing Engineering Department in the Molding Division. He co-founded TurnKey Technologies, Inc. and incorporated in 1999.

	Mike Brusich - Owner Joined TurnKey in 2000 as a co-owner. Born in Queens, New York. Graduated in 1987 with a degree in Electronics Engineering. He began working in the Plastics Industry in 1991. Moved to North Carolina in 1996. He has extensive knowledge designing fixtures, tooling and dedicated machinery for secondary operations in post processing of plastic products. His background also includes secondary decorating processes on plastics. He has worked with various plastic molders including Fawn Plastics and Plastic Manufacturing, Inc.

	Paul Galvin - Owner Joined TurnKey in 2000 as a co-owner. Originally from Staten Island, New York. He moved to North Carolina at the age of three. Graduated in 1987 and began working in the Plastics Industry as a Spray Painter for Plastic Manufacturing, Inc. located in Harrisburg, NC. He progressed to Finishing Technician and later held key positions to include Finishing Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer.


	Denny Giddings - Machine Technician Joined TurnKey in 2001. Has 20 + years experience in the Plastics Industry. His background includes experience in finishing, painting and assembly of plastics. He has extensive knowledge in secondary processes and the associated equipment and machinery.

	Paul Brown - Machine Technician Joined TurnKey in 2003. Has 12 + years experience in the Plastics Industry. His background includes experience in finishing and assembly of plastics. He has extensive knowledge in machine building.

	Mark Nichols - Project & Design Engineer Joined TurnKey in 2005. Has 30 + years experience in designing. Proficient in SolidWorks, Pro/E and AutoCAD. He has extensive knowledge in machine designing for secondary processes in the plastics industry and machining plastic, metal and components. He is a certified welder.

	Ray Smithers - Machine Technician Joined TurnKey in 2006. Has 9 + years experience in the Plastics Industry. His background includes machine and equipment maintenance. He has an extensive mechanical background and knowledge in secondary processes and the associated equipment and machinery.

	Jeff Glann - Project & Design Engineer Joined TurnKey in 2007. Has 20+ years experience in the plastics field. His project management and engineering background includes molding, thermoforming, acrylic display, P.O.P. CNC programming and design. He has 15 years experience in designing products, machinery and tooling. He is proficient in several CAD/CAM systems.

	Jon Marshall - Programmer Has worked with TurnKey since 1999 in conjunction with Scott Equipment. Graduated in 1995 with a degree in Computer Sciences and joined Scott Equipment Company, Inc. Has 12 + years experience programming machine controls and designing pneumatic circuits. He has extensive knowledge of machine motion components and sensors.
